Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every walker who joins Pawly. Read them before you apply: you accept them when you send your application.
Pawly is a marketplace
Pawly connects pet owners in Luxembourg with independent walkers and sitters. You join as a self-employed walker and set your own rates, hours and services.
Commission
Pawly keeps a 20% commission on every booking, taken from the price you set. The remaining 80% is your payout. You can change your rates at any time.
Card payment
Customers pay by card when they book and Pawly collects the payment. Your payout for a walk is shown on your dashboard as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations
Either side can cancel a walk, but only with at least 24 hours notice before the start time. Cancelling later is not possible in the app.
What you commit to
Keep your profile, rates and area accurate, accept only walks you can complete, treat every animal with care, and respect the homes you visit. You must have the right to work in Luxembourg.
Vetting and suspension
Every profile is reviewed by the Pawly team before it goes live. Pawly may pause a profile that breaks these terms or receives repeated complaints.
Changes to these terms
Pawly may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published here is the one that applies when you use Pawly.
